Billing and Payment Terms

1. You understand and agree that the monthly service fees and connection fees you selected on your application are subject to modification by kdsi pursuant to subparagraph 7C of this Contract.
2. You agree that all service fees and monthly fees and any excise, sales, use, or other taxes payable thereon charged to your kdsi account will be billed to your credit card account or Kelly Supply Company customer account which you listed on your kdsi Internet service application and which you agree to keep in force during the term of this Contract. If for any reason your credit card account or Kelly Supply Company customer account does not honor any charge to your kdsi account, then you shall immediately pay the amount of charges. The termination or cancellation of this Contract does not relieve you of the responsibility of charges regardless of the cause of that termination or cancellation.
