Hosting

2.10.1. Users of KDSI's hosting services, not KDSI under any circumstances whatsoever, are responsible for the content of their sites and obtaining all required legal permissions for the use of such content. Each such user must accept responsibility for the publication of any defamatory, pornographic, confidential, secret or proprietary material. KDSI reserves the right to remove any material from any site without notice.

2.10.2. Free personal web sites are limited to five (5) MB in size. Users will be required to reduce the size of files which exceed the maximum, and usage in excess of such amount is considered "other than for personal use" by KDSI. Use of such an account for other than personal use may be grounds for cancellation of such account or the imposition of additional charges or both.

2.10.3. Any account barred access to a web site may be suspended.

2.10.4. The use of spam, whether originated from your KDSI account, or an account with another ISP, to advertise any Web site that is hosted by KDSI is prohibited
