1. Select “Settings”.
2. Scroll down and select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”.
3. Select “Add Account”.
4. Select “Other”.
5. Select “Add Mail Account”.
6. Do the following:
- 1. Enter “Your Email Address”
- 2. Enter “Your Password”
- 3. Select “Next”
7. If everythings works correctly, you are done. Sometimes your email software may ask for additional settings. If so, do the following:
- 1. Select the “POP” tab
Under “Incoming Mail Server”:
- 2. Enter mail.kdsi.net for the host name
- 3. Enter “User Name”*
- 4. Enter “Password”
Under “Outgoing Mail Server”:
- 5. Enter mail.kdsi.net for the host name
- 6. Enter “User Name”*
- 7. Enter “Password”
- 8. Select “Save”
* Full Email Address
8. If everything worked correctly, you are done. If you get an error, proceed to the next step.
Troubleshooting
1. If you see this error, select “Yes”.
2. If you see this error, select “Save”.
3. Select the “Email Account” that you want to troubleshoot.
4. Select “SMTP”.
5. Select the outgoing server.
6. Do the following:
- 1. Enter mail.kdsi.net for the host name
- 2. Enter “User Name”*
- 3. Enter “Password”
- 4. Use SSL: OFF
- 5. Server Port: 587
- 6. Select “Done”
* Full Email Address
7. Select the email domain in the upper left hand corner.
8. Select “Advanced”.
9. Do the following:
- 1. Use SSL: ON
- 2. Server Port: 995
- 3. Select the email domain in the upper left hand corner.
10. Select “Done”.
11. Select the “Home Button”.
12. Select “Mail”.
